CHARACTER & LIFE SKILLS

At GOAL360, life skills and character development are not treated as add-ons or one-off talks. They are a core part of our holistic philosophy and are developed with the same intentionality as football training. Over the course of a learner’s journey with us, each child experiences up to 60 structured life skills enrichment sessions, designed to grow progressively from ages 10 to 15.

The character & life skills (CLS) curriculum is organised according to the two age groups, 10 - 12 and 13 - 15, each spanning three years and comprising 30 unique sessions. While similar themes may appear across age groups, they are deliberately differentiated to be age-appropriate, increasingly sophisticated, and never repetitive for an individual learner.

The overall progression mirrors how young footballers develop: from foundations, to application, to leadership and direction.
